Malawi - An Overview
One of the noteworthy accomplishments of the final group of Bantu immigrants was the generation of political states, or even the introduction of centralized systems of presidency. They established the Maravi Confederacy about 1480. Over the 16th century the confederacy encompassed the larger element of what's now central
here and southern Malawi, and, at the height of its impact, within the seventeenth century, its method of presidency affected peoples from the adjacent areas of present-working day Zambia and Mozambique.
